I am sure you must get plenty of people complaining about anyting and everything well I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate your wonderful staff at the resort of Altinkum in Turkey

On our final day which we spent on a first choice tour of Ephesus ,my husband was taken seriously ill as we were preparing to return to the resort .I cannot praise the driver and our guide Mehmet Basar enough for the Professional way they handled situation My husband was taken straight to the nearest hospital where Mehmet stayed with him until he had been stabilised .I just cannot put into words how grateful we are to Mehmet.and your staff for helping us through this.

I would also like to say how impressed we were with Mehmet ,his historical knowledge and passion for his countr’s history showed on all the tours we went on .Your team at Altinkum is certainly an asset to first Choice.
