Dear Mr. Mahmet Basar,

Just a quick note to say Thank You and let you know what a wonderful time I had on my visit to Turkey over the holidays. It was you who made it so special. Your attention to detail, taking me to places that are off the beaten track, introducing me to food that I probably would not have tried, all this made my experience so much more memorable. I do have to say that the most favourite place that we visited was by far the underground cistern. It is the most incredible place and yet the tour books barely mention its existence. I found it to be romantic, soothing and a miracle that it has survived for so long. The other sites were also wonderful and I have really fallen in love with Istanbul, thanks to you.

I highly recommend your services to anyone travelling to Turkey. Your historical knowledge is impressive and it shows that you love what you do. I wish you the best in your business for this New Year and hope to see you again soon.
